Program Dates:January 1 - December 31Program Requirements:Minimum participation level of $25,000. Once you meet the minimum of $25,000, all purchases for the calendar year qualify for LamPerks Awards. Current customers must re-enroll by April 15th of each calendar year. New customers may sign up anytime during the program.Eligible Purchases:Any purchase made by enrolled contractors from any Lamperts location during the program period. Purchase must be shipped between January 1 and December 31 of each calendar year.Redeeming Award Points:Complete an Award Redemption form available on the LamPerks website.Local Retailer:Make your purchase at any local retailer (except for a competitor) and send us a receipt along with an Award Redemption form and we will send you a check.
Cabela's Gift Certificates:Fill out an Award Redemption form and we will send you Cabela's Gift Certificates.Purchase From Lamperts:Any purchase made at a Lamperts location with your Award Points will give you an additional 10% in spending points. This offer is good on in-store purchases only. This does not apply to lumber, plywood, roofing, millwork, etc.Marketing: Now you can use your points for marketing services, there are a couple different options to choose from. Full color brochures for models, new construction and to be built. Model spec sheets, floor layout plans in color or business cards.Events:Check out the LamPerks calendar and see the monthly events we have planned. Events range from family events at the Minnesota Zoo to an evening cruise on the Mississippi River. Travel:Lamperts offers yearly group travel to wonderful locations such as, Mexico, Hawaii, Portugal and the Dominican Republic, or you can travel on your own.

Full color brochures for models, new construction and to be built.Points: 80 (First Order)60 (Second Order)- 8 1/2 x 11 single sheet or tri-fold- Copy and layout customizable- Builder must supply photography and logos- Cost $80 per 30 sheets, you can get a second order for $60 per 30 sheets. Additional sheets cqan be ordered in increments of 15 at a cost of $30 each.

Q: What can I purchase with my Award Points?A: Almost anything! Contractors can purchase an item locally - send us a copy of the receipt and we will reimburse them. Note: we will not reimburse for purchases from competitors or competitive products from any merchant.Q: Can I purchase items in the yard with my Award Points?A: Yes - Contractors using Award Points receive an additional 10% in Award Points on the items purchased in-store. This does not apply to lumber, millwork, roofing, etc. It is for in-store items only. Contractors can purchase other lumber items as long as they are for their own personal use. But the additional 10% does not apply.Q: Do I have to complete a W-9?A:Yes - we are required by the IRS to have one on file for every enrolled contractor. Award points cannot be redeemed without one on file!Q: Do Award Points carry over from year to year?A:Yes - As long as the contractor re-enrolls, their points will carry over. Contractors who do not re-enroll have until December 31st, to redeem their Award Points.Q: Can I use my points for travel other than LamPerks trip?A: Yes - Contractors can use them for travel to the destination of their choosing.
Q: How do I qualify for LamPerks?A: Contractors need to enroll in the program and purchase over $25,000 per year.Q: What is the deadline for signing up?A: If you are an existing contractor you must re-enroll by April 15th. New contractors can sign up at anytime during the year.Q: Do I receive a 1099?A: Contractors enrolled with a social security number or a Fed ID # not incorporated will receive a 1099 for redemptions of $600 or more in Award Points per calendar year. Contractors enrolled with a Fed ID # that are incorporated will not receive a 1099.Q: How come my $50,000 payment does not show on my LampPerks Activity Statement?A: Award Points are calculated on invoice, not payments.Q: Can Award Points be used for payments on Accounts?A: No - Award Points are a reward for purchases and are not meant to be used as payment on account.

The Cost of the Trip

$5,200/per couple. The cost of the trip includes all expenses including airfare, hotel, transfers, all meals and several exciting "special events" we have planned.

Payment for the trip can be made with your LamPerks Award Points, Personal Check, or a combination of both. Space is limited, and is on a first come, first serve basis. You must purchase a minimum of $25,000 in 2011 and be enrolled in LamPerks to qualify for this trip.
